He has been dishing out the same soft sensitive crap for too long. It's about time he stood up and said how he is going to fix the worst completion rate in the comp, the most ineffective tackles, the lack of fire in the belly starts with him. If the players keep getting propped up and patted on the bum they will think the shit they are providing is good enough. We are not talking about a so called team of battlers or a rebuilding team, we are supposed to be one of the powerhouse teams but we have a severe attitude problem which starts and ends with weak leadership. ANY team that runs hard, tackles hard and completes sets will beat us cold. If I could have a new coach right now it would be Geoff Toovey.

Unfortunately I don’t think he has the answers.

Yes I want him to STAND UP. .Even looking at his half time talk, after we were OWNED Trent was sitting down while Souths coach was standing up talking to his players, It's about attitude, about being a leader. He won a comp solely because of SBW, we have done nothing since he left. Nothing has changed since we soft cocked the Final against the Cowgirls last year. Nothing will change til Trent bites the bullet. Every other team knows now we have a soft middle and can't handle any pressure.

We made the Final...the Cowboys were a great team.

Simple solution...get him some players who are capable of hardening up the middle...he can only coach the players he is given.
Get him some players who can make effective tackles.

SBW, and Maloney, Mini, SKD, LOD, a younger JWH, Guerra, Jennings, RTS...all except JWH are no longer with us.
