  • Goalkicker ?

Without not knowing the full story , i hope they stick by Carney.

Hypothetical .... or possible probable .... Carney is sacked and Anasta's contract is not renewed....

Who would be the goalkicker ?

We wont need a goal kicker. Next years plan is to be such an attacking weapon and score that many tries that we wont need to convert them.

You need to score tries to get kicks at goal. You need to receive penaltys to get kicks at goal. We dont need a goal kicker.

As it's hypothetical - Mini also retires and we recruit Michael Gordon - win win situation!!

Carney's goalkicking this year has been like the rest of his game - below par.

So no great loss if he's not there to goal kick.

Braith will just have to cover his goalkicking duties just like he has to cover his position. And be bagged by some for doing so.

Some entertaining replys .... lot going on at present but having a reliable kicker is essential .... if TC was to go there reaaly isnt a back up to Braith ... there is another fishy thread running at present that the chooks have signed an outside back ... to fill the kicking void ... could it be Eion Crossan
