Yo this time last year our season was over and many were thinking about taking a drive to Watson's bay you know what Im sayin. How good is it to be back playing semi finals football with a chance of winning yo. So glad Roosters are my team you know what Im sayin

Yes, this year has been better than last year. This can be observed through where we finished on the ladder and how many wins we got. But I like to think of it through how we feel about our beloved Easts. Last year was disappointing and I felt despair when I thought about the Roosters. This year, I feel joy.

I think last year was particularly disappointing because we were a decent team on paper, but stuffed up due to players running amok. If we were the Knights then I woulda been more than happy to sit around the campfire smokin' a peace pipe while singing kumbaya during week 1 of the finals.

My issue is that we shoulda done better last year.

This year I was hoping to come 7th or 8th. Coming 2nd has already been an over-achievement. I now feel there's an onus on us to rev up and win this one because I can't see anybody else beating the Storm and well... I hate the Storm!

I was on my way there at the end of last season but there was a big traffic jam on Old South Head Rd so I did a youie & went home .Lucky you know what Im sayin?
