    Dear Mr Napa

As a longtime Easts fan I had huge belief in you (as many others did) in being the next big thing. Both literally and performance wise.
So far you've been talked up to date as being a sought after prop when you were unsigned and a game changing forward in Origin II.
I've noticed that when it comes to the Roosters you haven't had a blinder as you did against Souffs in 2016. Although we don't expect you to play up to that standard every week as no prop could, you have gone missing from both defensive intensity and ball carrying aspects of your game.
I noticed you've offloaded a few times of late and we applaud this, however we'd like you to bring back the game which puts fear into the opposition.
You see, you ran for 56m against the Knights, 55m against the Cowboys and 94m against Manly. Hardly great stats for someone who's highly thought of in many circles.
If you aren't making big metres with the ball, then how about monstering blokes in defence.
Today, you were there to smash Tapau and co into next week. The way things turned out though, they did that to us in the second half.
Come on mate. Please do what you're capable of doing so we don't regard you as 'a one hot day summer' or the like.

Hypnotise him to think he's playing for QLD at Suncorp or put him on Rod Taylor's time machine -back to a few years ago when he smashed S Burgess vs Vermin Souffs and take that into the Storm game- will need to do this with interest vs Storm along with the other forwards for any chance of winning this game or Storm will put 50 on them.

He's definitely dropped off post origin.

I think he is struggling with the workload this year. I might be wrong but he is playing longer minutes this year. Add to that - Origin.

For his age, I think he is having a solid season.

ps I speculate that he may have been told to tone down his aggression a tad this year to prevent suspension.

I honestly think he is easily one of the best young props in the game and must be kept at all costs.

Napa commenced in 2013 as a bench player and that's how I see him. I think the club resigned him on a 4 yr deal late last year. The 4 yr deal bewildering. He is so slow and ineffective most games and I would prefer a more mobile prop who displays enthusiasm and speed. Napa showed none of that today.

Definitely down on energy and down on form. Not sure if he needs a boot up the bum or just a freshen up.

I haven't liked Napa for a long time and don't see what the fuss is about apart from that one game against the vermin last year. He is slow, lumbering, and largely ineffective, just like his queenslander team-mate Guerra. Losing TKO yesterday didn't help either. Pull your finger out Dylan and play like you're wearing that awful maroon jersey. Either that or go play for the boncos.

He doesn't hit the line hard and bend the line anywhere near enough all he has to do is look at the way JWH hit's it up to see what he needs to emulate. But alas I fear he will always be in the Aaron Woods mould.

Napa has been average all season,he went ok in origin.Boyd and robbo should have a word to him about having a dig for the roosters after all we are paying his wages. He can play a lot better than what hes been dishing out lately.

We missed sst yesterday. Napa has not played well for us for a while leaving jwh to carry the can during origin and when sst injured.

napa needs to step up or risk being our next jane Evans.

Napa is just so frigging slow when he takes the ball up, he poses zero threat to the defensive line and rarely bends it. I think he really needs to work on his offload game and vary things up a bit to be considered a top line prop

He has been very ordinary lately. For the first time I've noticed he is actually stopping before hitting the line. Developing nicely into your typical Queenslander!

The fire stoker that was used on Napas head at that Christmas party would come in handy for a prod up Napas bum rather than a kick. Interesting to see other comments here on Napas ineffectiveness as I have said previously the Queenslander is just so slow and offers little in attack whilst graciously taking the money.i hoped we didn't re sign him but the club and fans are stuck with him for another 3 years.

Has been very ordinary. In recent years, apart from a couple of well documented games, has yet to live up to the hype!

As he is still a young prop, he is "supposed" to get better as he gets older, right?

Napa would be invaluble if we were still allowed to play rugby league.
He may not be as good at wrestle ball or whatever the games turning into now, but I'll still back him.

Opposition forwards always have him in mind when they take the ball up.
