    Robbo, all class,
Green not happy with 6-2 penalty count in second half.

There is not much difference in Robbos demeanor in press conferences whether the Roosters win or lose. He is a calm proactive not reactive sort of guy who brings great stability to the Roosters.

Was he happy with the 5-3 count in the first half? And the 3 forward passes called against us? And their try off a forward pass? And Hess' try which was clearly short? And the good hits on Lolo and Coote that were called late and high but weren't?

They got about 10 favourable calls go their way in the first half. It was so obvious that Yvonne Sampson asked Brandy if the Cowboys were the refs pets

The reffing in the 2nd half however was just reward for our forward dominance.

Spot on Mickie. No wonder the players love him.

Hope you're not including the Pearce passes that were forward. He looked tired, and his couple of forward passes look like a sign of that. He had a lot of time off after origin, and then a pretty easy comeback game against the knights, hope he gets over his jet lag soon. Need him firing like earlier in the season.

The 2nd one wasn't forward. But the point is that they were called. The Cowboys try from Coote was just as forward as ours that were called but it was let go.

Robbo, as always, was all class.
For mine, he could tweak it 1%. Rather than saying he didn't see all the angles that the bunker saw, he could have said: 'From what I saw there is no way that Hess scored a try. Sure the ref had awarded the try, but from the angles I saw, there is no way the ball could have touched the line and the bunker should have overturned it.'
Robbo's style is honesty and fairness and I support him 100%, but he's not there to adjudicate - he's there to protect Rooster interests.

Still, Robbo is Robbo and if that's the way he wants to do it, then it's fine by me. Part of his ethos is selfless devotion to the cause and if he starts being more partisan, maybe it mucks things up for him.

Robbo has been all class since day one.

Although, every now and then, would like him to go ballistic, with the help of Uncle Nick's cheque book lol
