What's wrong with the lad? In the Broncos game he wandered around in defence, often just standing flat footed or wandering in and leaving huge gaps and just seemingly uninterested. Last two weeks have been the same. When he plays like that it seems to infect the rest of the side. No coincidence the two ugly losses this year came in this game and the Broncos game when he played like that.

Couldn't be more wrong champ. Have never death rided him. I only want to see him play well. When he does we go well. But no doubt he is more interested some days than others.Originally posted by Rooster_6 View PostMaxy Walker has been death riding Latrell for a while. Take it all with a pinch of salt.
Plenty of people on here who have just been waiting for a loss like that to push some agenda..

His mentor is Cords. Average with out him there until he learns the ropes- he will get there.Just have tp persevere.Originally posted by Danish View PostHe's playing like a rookie struggling in his 2nd year, just like many before him.
hopefully he takes experiences like today's shocking defensive effort and uses them to learn in futureTwo things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

Sorry but I think our outside backs WERE The reason we lost.We have a lot of inexperience there in Manu and Mitchell and an absolutely clueless defender in Fergusson.
The Sharks targetting them and targetted them well. Manu put in a huge effort but makes some rookie errors we just have to cope with that until he gains more experience.
Its the reason and some of it is acceptible in that its rookie errors. Some of it is notThe Internet is a place for posting silly things
Try and be serious and you will look stupid

To tell you the truth the Roosters forwards are soft. Cronulla won the middle & then Maloney & their backs cut loose.Originally posted by Kingbilly View Post

I think Mitchell thought it was all going to be a bit easier than it has been for him. Possibly because his head had been filled up by so many people calling him the next Inglis when he was dominating restricted competition.
2017 is certainly teaching him otherwise.
The big question is whether or not he's got the fortitude to step it up and find another gear. I think he does but we'll see
