  • Tim Grant

Hearing whispers we have enquired about his services.

Looks like Robbo is of the belief we are one bench prop short for next season.

I would take him, especially if Robbo can get him back to his 2012/13 form.

    29, 6'4", 110kg

Would be an awesome signing considering the clubs present situation. I'd doubt the Tigers would let him go as he has another year on his contract and Woods leaving.

He is not a Kiwi so he wont be wanted by the Tigers.

Please no. Another giant who plays like he is 75kg. I'd rather have Sam back than sign Tim Grant. At least he runs hard

              I reckon he goes OK.

If he came at the right price then why not.

I like Taglateise (excuse spelling) from Sharks who doesn't seem to play much first grade these days. At a fresh club he could go well.
Grant went ok at origin level years ago but doesn't seem to be able to recapture this form.

I would also much prefer Tagataese

How is Liam Knight going in reserves? Does he have the ability to step up next year?

                      Agree Thirteen.

A few years ago I tabbed Fifita and Tagetese as my value (at the time) forwards for us to sign. One certainly kicked on, the other has never realised his potential.

No to Grant. I like a player who would be probably cheaper, just back from injury and playing reserve grade for the Knights. Sam Mataora !! Has always been surrounded by shit and i believe would thrive at a decent club

How about the club add another convicted criminal, Joe Ofahengaue.?

A couple of years ago Flanagan told him he could go mid-contract if he could find a club. We agreed to terms. Flanagan backflipped when he was told it was us.

No to Grant, a plodder best, no real value to the team, there must be better options out there.
