I think Evans and Guerra are gone for sure. You'd probably be looking at a combined 900k per year outlay to retain two guys who arguably aren't even in our strongest 17 atm.
Butcher, Tetevano and Knight represent much better value.
And yeah the same could happen in the back 5. Tupou has gone from receiving no offers the last time he was off contract to being perhaps the form winger of the competition right now.
So if we're only going to retain just the one of our experienced winger it'd be him, surely. He's much younger too.
As for SKD i really can't see him receiving a decent offer in the NRL. Maybe the Warriors?
So it might boil down to being retained on average money for 2 more years or the Super League.
A lot will depend on Manu. If he shows enough in the first half of the year then it could be the end for Skidsy.
