Apart from one brain fart kick at the end i actually thought he played well, there were 2 moments in the game that may not seem like much where he had the chance to force a risky pass but held onto the ball, in previous years he would have panicked and and threw the pass, as a team though we need to go in for the kill

**** sake this forum is toxic. This is the reason I don't post here anymore and spend my time on the NRL sub-reddit, random ****s that don't even support the Roosters offer more than some of the grommets on here. Someone makes a thread, praising Pearce for his performance and offering their own insight and they get ripped for it?
I agree - his kicking game was on point of the backend of the first and most of the second, dropping them down into the corners on the 4th in the second and backing the defence was great to see. That's not vintage Pearce, he was trying to soak up the pressure. I can see he has been working on his game management a lot in the offseason.Just released Mayday for iOS and Android! .
It's always the same people. And it's not Turk. Just ignore them. Works for me.
On Pearce, he certainly has matured and many predicted a big season for him (and Keary) before it started.Last edited by Johnny Tobin; 03-24-2017, 09:59 AM.

Is this a pisstake or what? PWN does not want to praise Pearce. He wants attention and justification. Give yourself an uppercut bro.Originally posted by hackthefortress View Post**** sake this forum is toxic. You are correct i do not want to praise Pearce, however when he deserves it i will, his decision making on Thursday was the best it has been in a long time time, last week against the Riff he threw dumb passes and made a couple of bad plays by overthinking and rushing things, against the vermin he didnt, he took the tackle and did not force the pass when his normal instinct would be to just let it go, hopefully he has matured and long may it continue.
As for attention and justification bwahahahahaha, i much prefer to throw out the burley to catch the same three ****sterteers in Boogie R6 and Yourself every bloody time, you are so predictable
