Probably cop the lightest punishment what ever that is ...been a good boy may just cop points ...plenty of depth to cover him if he goes.About time he hardened up...hehehe

Lowest grade lift is still a week I think?

Pretty sure he'll miss a week but that just means Matto on the right with Carter on the bench.

Our depth will take us a long way this year.

Would be a shame if he gets a week for that.

Didn't see a replay but it just looked like a good, old fashioned, pick him up and dump him to me. Did the bloke he tackled actually go past the horizontal?

There was nothing in it. Round one though and the NRL will be trying to set a standard so expect him to miss a week.

Imagine if it was JWH! Should just cop points, but I reckon give him the week off to avoid any carry over for maybe later in the year

In the backrow yes but we are short a prop. If one goes down we will suffer.

I heard on the radio he doesn't have a charge to face.
                  I hope that is right

That would make sense KB...my recall is that Aubo did get him into a dangerous position but dropped his arms/hands so no drive or force was applied. That should do it.

Let's hope so JFC. I like Maubs and would hate to see him miss any game time for that.

I feel that the Guerra precedent should be used. To me it seriously looked like he fell into it because the Titans were down and he wanted a penalty.

Maybs and Friend aren't grubs and I don't think there was anything in it. Titans got the penalty, they did nothing with it and the game went on.

                          http://www.roosters.com.au/news/2017...pdate_rou.html

Following the Sydney Roosters Round 1 win against the Gold Coast Titans, one member of the Roosters first grade squad was cited by the NRL Match Review Committee.

Mitchell Aubusson received a Grade 1 Dangerous Throw charge following an incident in the 25th minute of the game against Titans captain, Ryan James.

The Club entered an Early Guilty Plea, which means Aubusson will receive 75 points, but will be available for selection in this Thursday's Round 2 match against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
