I am a huge Jimmy fan. Huge. I know he's a top bloke off the field and champion on it. I'm still not over losing him, and Jennings. And if RTS.was carving it up we 'd be singing his praises also.

However, we didn't make the GF in 2014 and 2015 also with these guys in the side. Now it not their fault, we had injuries etc, etc.

But I'd rather a Gf to a minor premiership any day

The club took a gamble. And it didn't pay off. We are now farked in all areas of the club. But we need to accept it. I don't want to but I.have to for my own footy sanity.

I can't watch them play anymore, they are pathetic.

Jimmy will win his 4th minor premiership in a row this year.

I farken hate what happened, but life must go on. 2017 must be better. Or I'll switch off all year. But life must go on.

Further, the sharks are gonna smash our pathetic arses on Monday night. We're a joke.

The dumbest Politis decision to date in letting go of Maloney a point scoring machine and player whose infectious spirit played a big part in team morale. Politis either governed by the classic paranoia of not wanting to be ripped off with giving a 3yr deal or was ruled by the heart with his longtime romantics with the Hastings name.Maloney is a winner.

I do take some perverse joy in watching Maloney dominate the entire competition. He was my avourite of our squad. What a bone headed decision to choose Pearce over him.

You were travelling well until Pearce mentioned. It seems you like many others watched last year's final series with your eyes closed.

Mr O'Sullivan chose Hastings over Maloney.

            For some reason Robinson listened.

Hastings looked pretty good last year playing 1/2 back when Pearce was injured & the fact Kevin Hastings is a Rooster favorite is the reason Maloney was let go.

I think the only reason we won a gf and all those MP has been due to Maloney and now he's looking good to give some to the Sharks. Maybe we can get him to be player coach. Maloney was our lucky charm.

You write like Hastings or Maloney being the better player was an unknowable coin flip, when any idiot could see Maloney was the heart and driving force of out attack

Yep valid point. You're right. Like I said I think the guy is a champion but it's gone, done & dusted. I hate seeing Maloney do so well. He's getting better with age. 3 good years left in him IMO.

I still have nightmares about RTSs post try celebration in golden point. I hated him for that.

                    Gotta move on though.

Thrashing Monday night. Maloney is gonna shove it up the Fark witts that forced him to leave. And good luck to him.

Like a lot of fans have mentioned I'm just numb. Indifferent. The club prove itself to be a laughing stock. Plenty of thrashings to come.

                    Oh yeah, Fark origin

                      Just Jimmy, thanks.
Jennings just phoning it in is still a shitload better than Fergo and Copely this year in my opinion.

It is very painful and frustrating watching Jimmy kill it for the Sharks. Why the fark would we have let him go? I mean I know 3 years blah blah blah but come on man, the guy is class.

It's an unmitigated balls up. A totally retarded management decision.

                            Hindsight is a great thing.

The club chose Hastings. Turned out to be a wrong choice. But unlike Roger it was not so obvious.

Exactly. We can ask for heads on a Spike, but it won't solve a thing.

The Maloney loss needs to be analysed together with all the other fark ups by the club, injuries and suspensions.. also throw in refereeing and the bunker.

                                It's all gone wrong

Also, some of our senior players have not stood up.

                                It goes on and on.
