Kicking game

Thought that was our best kicking game of the year. Lots of repeat sets. Less bomb and hope. Friend, Matterson and Hastings all did well. Perhaps aided by the ball pulling up in the wet, perhaps by the platform set by JWH? Either way, good execution. Pleased to see it.

Friend's kicking was massive today. The forwards did really well to give him the opportunity to do so. Hastings and Matterson had reasonable kicking games but a huge effort from our forwards with a diminished bench.

You're right there, improved kicking along with a decreased error rate and more commitment. I think the wet and JWH Are the reason for this

Yes but... Someone like Cronk or JT can put grubbers in all conditions and Adam Reynolds can put those bombs all the time, except in origin. I hope that we see those bombs from Matto more often instead of Pearces usual boring bombs.
