It's business (not in a mafia kind of way). RTS didn't wrong us in any way.Originally posted by ROC181 View PostOh yeah RTS is a good kid blah blah blah.... This kid did a number on us so personally I don't care what happens to him.
I really hate that kind of attitude. We've all been there - where you've put in 4 or 5 good years for a business and achieved lots of amazing things for them (to the point where they can't pay/promote you any more unless somebody else steps aside). Out of the blue somebody offers you a k!ck@rse job that they can't match so you go in and say 'sorry... look I'll give you another 6 months to find somebody else, and I'll do anything you like during that time to make it a smooth transition'. Then the boss turns around and says you've betrayed them, he'll never write you a reference, and good luck because you're not fit for the 'real world' so don't come back crying.
IMO only lame businesses work like that. We've made it clear that Roger's a star and if things don't work out in NZ he is ALWAYS welcome back. I personally wish him all the best. You can't go hating on all your staff who leave, and hoping they do shyt3 elsewhere unless you're a REALLY bitter person. When we're not playing, I like seeing our ex-players do good stuff.

It is clear to see that you have not been employed much throughout our your life or employed in positions where you have the opportunity to leave else where for a better salary.Originally posted by ROC181 View PostOh yeah RTS is a good kid blah blah blah....
