Can't believe no one has mentioned the talent & ultimate skill rts showed when he got outta the in goal with some sublime footwork & determination. I can't believe we talked of him not being ready, no disrespect to mini but mini would of never been able to pull that off. Man we're losing a once in a generation player. **** me

A lot of us are pretty cut at losing Roger, but blaming Mini is drawing a long bow.
It's gonna be bitter-sweet watching him play for the rest of the year.
    Hope we win the comp.

No mate you've misunderstood me. I'm not blaming mini for rts leaving just saying mini wouldn't of been able to pull off what roger did on Monday.

That was brilliant. No doubt. But I also can't understand the lack of talk about Isaac Liu. I thought he was sensational the other night. Took on the Sam Moa role and led from the front. The more I see of him the more I like him. And he also has some pretty good footwork for a big fella.

Back in the day the human pinball could do that and more, Mini in his prime was a sight to see one of the best fullbacks I have ever seen.

            Sorry.
Agreed his in goal escape was classic, bloody warriors

And also agree that Issac Liu lifted his game when we needed it.
Guess it's not his fault that SST has made him look a bit pedestrian of late.

To be honest I thought Maloney's against the Storm was better. Not as crucial but still very important.

I have to agree with this. Without the injuries he would have been better than anyone in the last 30 years. Slater would be a (far) distant second.

RTS is a star which makes it all the more depressing that we are losing him to the Warriors next year.

Not much can be done about the RTS situation now, other than accept that we will suffer.

Unfortunately his prime was almost a decade before he retired.

When was the Ben McDougall tackle, 2006?

Between 2003-2005 Mini was a force of nature. No doubt about it. An utterly unique player.
