Given the debacle with Michael at the Sharks, he may well wind up in talks with us. For the right price (under $400k) he would be an experienced pickup to replace RTS for 2016. I personally think its a no-brainer given our other options are Fergo/Hastings/Tupou

There's worse options TBH...
What's the deal with him and the Sharks anyway? Sounds like he's asked for permission to look around for a better offer and management have said said 'nup... you're working for us mate!'
Reminds me of an idiot boss I had once upon a time *shudders*

Latrell Mitchell is the obvious choice 2 years from now, but in the meantime Gordon is a solid, experienced fullback and not as injury prone as he once was. Agree with need to keep Ferg in the centres too.
If he doesnt end up at Parra, we should have a very good look.

I like the idea of Gordon for a year, maybe two. Could be a Mullins type of Signature. Good under the highball and an out and out athlete.
Even if he doesn't play Fb and plays wing, he would be a valuable asset, especially toops leaves.Comment of the year:
Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,
"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

Another winning prediction from the Steak rolls off the production line....
In all seriousness, I can't wait. He will straighten up our defence beautifully, a speedy extra attacking weapon, a thorough professional and a goalkicker too!

Toops is gone. I'd have kept him over Copley though and just kept fergo and skd in the centres, Mitchell wing, Gordon fb till Mitchell is ready and manu as first backup.Originally posted by TheBigFella View PostOnly question is where does he fit in the backline?? Toops or Copley have to go.

SST is kicking better than Gordon. Gordon's kicking has been terrible this year and he is definitely not guaranteed a starting spot next year. Robbo said as much last night on MMM.. He is signed to put pressure on Mitchell at fullback.Originally posted by Steakface View PostAnother winning prediction from the Steak rolls off the production line....
