Gidley is reconsidering his position at the Knights.

They need to free up some money to get Boyd, Ennis and Snowden.

With Boyd the likely fullback and a quite decent 5/8 in Henry, Gidley could be worth a dabble.

If there is one position that I feel we can spend big on a first class player, that would be fullback. My preference would be Dugan but he seems to be a bit injury prone at the moment. Having said that, I think we have a few young guys quite capable of filling the position.

Why Hunt? I'd prefer Folau instead if we were going to take one of them back. At least we'd have some genuine aerial ability and an extra 20 tries a season to our name then. And he doesn't even play fullback yet would do a better job...

Not saying we should sign him (although I would be very happy if we did should the opportunity present! ), I am saying that a non-fullback like Folau would be a better fullback than Hunt, who I don't really rate at all.
