By hooking ill-disciplined/underperforming players early, and leaving us short of inter-changes. As a result we were left a man short for the last 10 mins or so. I doubt it was Smiths plan but the result may get the players having a long hard look at themselves. Here's hoping.

It was tongue in cheek. Like I said, I doubt Smithy planned it that way. I'm sure the players will have a chat about it among themselves though.

Pretty unbelievable not to leave a bit of a contingency buffer in terms of some changes

Smithy took the blame on abc radio interview .
He had to get Mose and FPN back on the field .
Don't think anyone here would disagree with getting our 2 best forwards back on the park .
Just unlucky Sammy got injury .
I would still drop Piggy and bring in TOM and Conn in for Ryles .Friend can start and Mitch and Braith can fill in at dummy half if he needs a rest .
