With you guys. Time to man-up everyone. We lost. We were outplayed. At least accept this loss with some class. It hurts now but it has been a great season which I have enjoyed immensely. Well done boys and see you next year.

Did you watch the game...how the **** can you not say there were several bad calls from the refs...they ****en hurt the Roosters chances big time and influenced the game in the end...we should have gone into half time scoreless and with an extra try to begin with...

        Try watching the replay...

We were not outplayed until the match had become farcical due to poor refereeing.

Boys as much as it hurts if you think we played well enough over the last 30 minutes of the match to win you are deluded.

****en st george are the biggest set of sore winners that ever existed, we were clearly robbed at critical moments, so **** the merge and their salary cap cheating gasnier, ref-powered, bullshit premiership.

2003 we were outplayed. 2004 we played out ourselves.

              2010 we were cheated.

The match was well and truely over by then, the damage had been done by the pricks in pink.

LOL @ you. Yes we had some bad calls, so did dragons. We prob got more but seriously, take a loss. Most of you are over exaggerating so badly it ain't funny.

Please list the bad calls that went against the merge scum. As I said in another thread, I'm just back from the game and was seated behind the posts so I really have no feel for how the merge scum were dudded.

Wow, can't believe you guys are defending the refereeing.....the Dragons should have been going into half-time SCORELESS and 2 tries down......this would have added MASSIVE doubt in their minds......instead they are 2 behind, get a few favourable calls to start the second half and the rest is history.

The refereeing had a MASSIVE influence, shiet.

You think the refs had a 20 odd point diifrence to the merge?

Morris stepping out was a huge error but made by the touchie.

Here's my short and simple summation:

                              - The refs did not have a good game and we WERE duded a few times
                              - The weather worked against us completely. Not at all conducive to our style of play
                              - Our first half should have been much better. We didn't capitalise on St Merge's mistakes which was completely our fault
                              - Our second half was awful. I haven't seen us play that bad in more than a few months

Basically, we were outplayed. The refs had an influence, but we did not deserve to win on the back of that performance. Surprisingly I'm not as shattered as I thought I would be. The losses in 03 and 04 hurt, becasue i felt we were the best side, but in 2010 we had a great season, but were clearly not better than the saints.

I'm looking forward to 2011 so much. We've got a young side who be better for the experience. Let's not mourn the loss or agonise over what could of been. Instead we should look towards next year and hope this loss has steeled them and they come back bigger and better.
