  • One observation....

we will struggle in the finals if the refs let teams lie all over us like they did the cows tonight. Teams know we like to play up tempo but we are getting no favours from the men in pink.

Robert Finch is leaving so he is going to want to **** us over deluxe so don't expect any favours.

I was thinking the same thing Dolph....
Yet we get hammered for being a thousandth of a second too long.
Another thing i noticed was that they gave them a few penalties after they knocked on or ****ed up....It was like they were thinking 'Oh shit, i don't want them to have the ball...better find something to penalise them with'.

I've noticed this as well Dolphin over the last couple of weeks. Teams have ben slowing the play the ball and ultimately our momentum. This was quite evident during the Titans game where they had 3-4 players goinf into tackles which slowed us down dramatically.

Thats why we need some straight running by the big men so we get a roll on.

Lets get these pussy cats on Sat nite

          Very true Dolphin.

It's been going on ever since the Merge game at the G......the ref's have allowed the play the ball to be slowed down immensely, thus creeling momentum which makes it shithouse to watch. But to be honest, it has been evident on both sides of the ledger.

It's a farken joke, the Cows got away with heaps tonite,we copped a shellacking in the penalties, the fox boys even mentioned on the commentry how we are the most penalised team this year. It's amazing really, the team has copped it off the refs all year and thay have carried Koupa shitsus all year, how the fark did we make it to 6th spot? Brian Smith take a bow but I do wish you give up your fetish for Greek handbags.

I have been saying it all year we are the shittest team at the ruck.

The amount of times our markers get left on the ground and teams just pick the ball up from dummy half and run is scary.

We just get out wrestled every game. If we just match teams in this area our best footy is good enough to beat anyone.

Out-wrestled? Is that really what is going on? The cowboys are a woeful, indisciplined side that need to cheat a whole lot more than we do. But yet again, they concede only 4 penalties to our 9 or 10.

We have received on average less than 5 penalties per match. Crap sides miraculously become amazingly disciplined when they play us.

Let us cut the crap here. The "ruck" is the area of the game over which Robert Finch's orchestra of cheating monkeys have the most leeway to create the result they want. There were plenty of hold-downs last night by cowgirls that deserved penalizing but weren't. They could not stop blowing their whistles however to work them down our end of the field.

I was hoping for a big score in our favour last night but a win was good enough for me against Finch's cheats.

What he said. Where there's smoke there's fire. Nothing else makes sense of this consistent inconsistency in the application of discretionary penalties.
