    The sequins???

    Whats going on with the sequins on the front of the jersey??

    Actually, i think it's the lights reflecting off the plastic that is used for the Steggles on the front of the jersey is causing that effect.

            It's meant to be some sort of grip to help keep the ball held to the chest.

            It's on all the jerseys made by ISC I believe.

                All new ISC jerseys, (rooster parra and souffs i think) have little grip nodules on them, thats what is sparkling.
