Now I have heard it all.

Look as much as it pains me , he is a fantastic player and can do wonderful stuff in most backline positions.
But I prefer a fullback that communicates and works very hard off the ball with organisation etc. The 4 nations confirmed to me that he is not a good communicator and doesn't have that organisational side to his game
