  • It's about time

Finally, almost a month after the grand final took place, a journalist has publicised the thoughts of all a Roosters fans. From around the start of the 4th line:

Of course there is a rugby league link in the Nova Peris drama – apart from Nova being a keen league fan, her daughter Jessica, who is a talented runner, dates Sydney Roosters and Kiwis centre Shaun Kenny-Dowall. Jessica has long been one of her mum's greatest supporters – and this week made the point very clear on social media that she has her mum's back. While on SKD, his effort of playing 67 minutes with a busted cheekbone when the Roosters won the 2013 grand final never really got the recognition it deserved – at least it didn't get Sam Burgess-style praise. It doesn't bother the ever-modest SKD. "I'm just a bit player, mate," he said. "Sam is a star."

    Danny Weidler, well done.

So with SKD there it would be an Oreo cookie instead of a Tim Tam.

Skids is Rooster.. Its harder to Cower than it is to crow even if you have to crow inside.. Burgess cowered then the media crowed after a game that Souths were never going to lose even if they played their worst game..

Definitely - Ato Boldon may have been a handy three quarter but so could have Marion Jones.

I do like the fact SKD is humble, despite his flaws at times I would say he had one of his best years this year - defensively at least I thought he improved considerably. The good thing is TR will keep his team (personnel) in check and success won't be allowed to go their heads.

Sam as SKD said may well be a star but his (Sam's) time has come and one hopes one never sees such a contrived premiership and aftermath as we saw this year - the whole scenario was nothing short of cringe worthy.
"Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

Other than the fact that it was a broken jaw wasn't it?
