I know we cant choose our fathers.
But I am wondering where Mitchell stands in the eyes of Wayne "supercoach" Pearce?
From what I understand Wayne is now a motivational speaker and councellor of sorts. This leads me to believe that quite possibly Wayne may have been one of the most punishing fathers in the history of NRL nepotism.
It makes some sense I guess,
Dad never touches a drop of booze yet his son is getting smashed and apparently getting down with Eddie at the hands of Mase.
Its got rebellion written all over it I guess.
So, in my calculations my son will be a St George supporter.
Like a vindictive twist of fate that you know is coming but you have absolutely no way of preventing the inevitable.
Wayne Bennett son simply dons the opposition jersey no matter who it is.
You cant blame that c. His Dad is rugby league royalty. The biggest cleanskin ever.
I just dont know where all this is headed for Mitchell.
Brian Smith will have his head spinning with text messages firing away every six seconds during League season. We all know young Mitchell has talent but by jingo the kid has been somewhat of a dissapointment in his application. Much to the opposite of his father.
It seems there will be no excuses with Wheres Wally at the helm at this year. 2010 should see the making of Mitch much to the delight of his uptight Daddy.
I just wish for one thing.
Please Wayne,
when you are commentating an Easts game on Fox stop pretending like you have never met him before. It makes you look like a fool and I am definately scared to get that therapy you promised when you refer to him in such a nonpartison manner.
Rock on Wayne
Rock on Garth.
