We had arguably the best bench in the NRL today.

He's a real goer and has cemented a top 17 spot. He'd be a walk up starter at a lot of clubs.

            Chook.

Every rotation needs a prop like him. He's not the big powerful type who's going to come steaming onto the ball every hitup ala Kane Evans but he's really smart and plays really tough. He runs some suicide lines off his halves & dummy half, runs really good angles around the ruck & gets in behind the ruck so well. He's also one of the better tip on players we've got in the middle, Jared's become pretty good but I'd say Liu is just a head of him, knows exactly when to pass & isn't afraid to take a hit for it - set up a great try last week and was involved in setting up another linebreak this week.

It's his footy smarts, footwork, mobility, foot speed & courage that makes him such an essential clog to our prop rotation. I still don't think he's reached his ceiling as a player yet either. One of my favourite players going around at the moment.

I think you mean "essential cog".

And I am a massive fan.

His handling is always a worry for me. If he catches the ball, then he's a gun.
I haven't seen the whole game, BTW, just the highlights and his try was massive.
I like his no nonsense approach. His nickname could be Nike. Cos he just does it.
I have IQ'd the game and will watch it tonight when the Sham vs Pamfers game is on.

I think his handling is one of his best qualities.

I don't think he made an error last year, or close to it. And this year he's also been excellent bar a two game stretch or so in the middle of the year where he dropped a few.

But on the whole he has great hands.

Gee, you really know your stuff!
Isaac Lui, 2013 season, nil errors. Yes thats right nil. An amazing stat that was overlooked in a great premiership year.
So if his handling has worried you you must be very sensitive.

May be confusing him with Richie Fa'aoso.

                            Nothing wrong with Liu's handling.
