hi all,

Can anyone tell me if the members portal is the same as the members lounge. If it's different, how the hell do I get into the members lounge?!?! the members lounge is not accepting the user name and password that's noted on my membership welcome email

I had the same problem when I tried to renew my membership. Have to wait for the call centre to call me now.
