Did anyone notice Cecchin's face when it looked like the Cowboys might have just won the game with that try, his face was livid, had it been called in I think he would have blown a foffle valve, he was not happy.... so much for unbiased, his face just said it all.

Best team has won both games. So we'll win. No worries.

What will happen if Souths meet Cronulla at some stage in the finals? The refs won't know what to do.

They want a Souths fairy tale ending.

The penalties will eventually kill us... They are very whistle happy when the Roosters are on D.

Minor gripe as well but I noticed the ref called time off around 60 minutes through and Manly weren't even packing the scrum. It's around 15 seconds that could've changed the course of the game, especially with that close ending.

Yes there was a few moments of time keeping i.e. when Lyons runs across from the right hand side of the field to challenge an issue and no time off was called for the Manly dropout as well as the debacle of what was going on at the end of the Cowboys Sharks game.

Neil Henry raised the prospect of a fixed competition, and specifically mentioned an Easts/Souths grand final as being a preferred outcome for the NRL. Have my doubts about the conspiracy but is that comment going to hurt us?

The ref had the opportunity to square it up.He should have blown the whistle and awarded a try to Linnet not review it.All square 1 no try apiece.
