He didn't get far enough, I think that knee injury made him lose a bit more speed.

Glad to have him back, wouldnt want to rely on toops or rts with their bomb/grubber diffusing skills. Mini lacks the speed, and that is why I dont understand the push for him to play wing, but still safest fullback option.

In case you didn't notice it was a poor "team" effort today. I'd hardly say Mini was the worst out there today.

Mini played ok today - first game back. 81 metres; took some great bombs and ran the ball back hard.

He seemed to run on the spot in getting across to their winger for the try. But hey, he has lost his speed. I'd rather him under a high ball than any other. He is still our best FB option for this season and I wouldn't have said this if he didn't injure himself. RTS needs a full season at FB. He is not yet ready at the crucial end of the season.

Well said, I agree if mini had not been injured, most on here would keep saying rts needs to play fullback, but we saw today he needs more time taking grubbers and bombs.

We've had some lacklustre 'team' efforts for the past month now.

I never said anything about his performance on a whole either, I just thought it was a ridiculous theory and proven so today.

Can't back it up factually but I thought I read somewhere that don/Dom (whatever) is the fastest player at titans so maybe we should cut mini some slack???
