Love the Moa Man...he makes the tough metres, but what sometimes goes unnoticed is that he hits very hard in defence too.

The thing about FPN is he finally had a proper offseason. Apart from the 2010 pre-season Smith did not put any emphasis on fitness training. You can see the improvement in all the forwards such as Jake Friend as a result of this so perhaps FPN's improvement is more down to this than coming off contract.

Congratulations Cocka....you have joined the 4000 club. I may get there if I am not banned by 2017.

I'm not French or anything but that myth of the French "rolling over" to the Germans is one of my pet hates! So harsh on a brave people.

If people ever question what the French people did during the war, direct them to the village of Oradour-Sur-Glane.

When the Marquis (the rural french resistance), which included Nancy Wake, attacked the Germans to delay them massing tanks on D-Day, and kidnapped a SS officer. In retaliation, the Waffen-SS went into the village and killed 642 people. I won't go into the details but look it up.

Their country may have capitulated but the French people never did.
