  • Sam moa out 4-6 weeks...

Week 9 injury update release by the club..... out for 4-6 weeks. High ankle sprain. Subluxation of the knee cap.

Tough break. Last thing we needed coming into the toughest 3 rounds for us during the comp. will really test our worth.

Kennedy will step up and cover him. Good chance to give some youngsters/fringe players a few more games too to prepare them for the big games in September. I'd rather these guys play the tough teams rather than the bottom dwellers.

Kennedy doesn't offer much as a starting forward , he has the impact of a blow up hammer. Blood a young prop against these dirty bastard eagles, see if they sink or swim.

i doubt luck has alot to do with it..a little luck but mostly put it down to excellent preperation week in week out and smart trainers.
id say about 80% of injuries could be put down to either not enough training, too much training, or incorrect training.
of course freak accidents can happen, but all the joint issues like knee, shoulder and ankle problems can be prevented.
the top teams have fewer injuries onj average then the bottom teams, this happens every year and its not a coincidence

                    Punky.
Our guys are super fit this year....that helps to ward off most injuries, yes.

Still can't fight that awkward fall in a tackle etc.

Shite happens & we have so far been very fortunate.

yeah of course accidents will happen, but WE are minimizing our chances of injury much more than luck is..thats all i meant

                        Agree.
Unlike the last few years when poor diet & training/attitude contributed a lot to our woes.
