We probably need Moa more against Manly than we do against any other side (probably with the exception of Souths). Manly really come at you and the first two hitups are really important to get momentum.

Maybe Tasi will get a start and have a big one against his own club?

If we are to beat Manly I reckon JHW will be MOM. He will need a massive game without his partner in crime.

From all reports our best forward in the Jets has been Houma.

I don't know how long he can play for in a match but if we need some impact after JWH comes off, he may be handy off the bench.

Timing is terrible...you dont blood anyone against Manly.

Completely agree, his kamikaze style of play really shocks the opposing teams. He is also very short so tall props have to go really low on him. He has been a standout with JWH.

I hope he isn't out for too long because our squad really lacks in the Front Row Department.

It is absolutely not a blessing in disguise going in to a match away from home where we traditionally struggle against an aggressive and physical team. We were doing it easy in the few minutes that Sam Moa played and struggled from there on to half time without him. The real blessing in disguise would be the absence of Martin Kennedy who just does not provide any impact off the bench and with such an unbalanced bench with zero impact from the 3 forwards we are releasing too much pressure after strong starts by Moa and Hargraeves.

Would put Kennedy to cover MOA this should reveal his worth to the team and FPN to come in

With Kennedy starting i reckon his metres gained will soar from about 55m per game to a massive 65-70m.

With MK still fit, go forward will NOT be a problem!

Who would have thought before round 1 that we would miss Moa so much? He has been fantastic. Is there any age restrictions for rookie of the year (he turns 27 this year), or would his Super League career get taken into account?

Has there been any confirmation of the severity of the injury to Sam Moa?.

There was an article in the Telegraph last weekend about how Robbo wants different body types in his squad. So if Moa is going to be out injured, I wonder if Robbo will select a similar body type as his replacement (FPN/Liu) or go for a different body type(Tasi/Napa/Evans)?
