Yes, and Guerra didn't grab the ball his arm was blatantly pinned by Burgess but ofcourse penalty Souths as well. Mini was pinned for tossing Champion to the ground after held had been called, Jennings a mere few sets later was tossed to the ground by Champion after being held but no penalty called. JWH called for not being square at marker when he was fine. (the marker in front of him wasn't square but didn't get involved in the tackle)

I just wish the pricks in pink would put the whistles away and let the players work out who is better on the night, it was an even match until they started getting involved around the 20 minute mark, from then on they averaged a penalty every 5 and a half minutes and destroyed the spectacle.

Go back to whatever hole you've crawled out from. Don't come on here bleating; the sky isn't falling down on us just yet. Sit back and look at the big picture of how the team has come together and then remind yourself that we have another 25-odd rounds to play rugby league.

Jake Friend needs to be put on some sort of fine system, maybe $5000 per penalty. He is the main culprit then he looks at the ref as if he didn't do anything....here's a tip Jake, once you make the tackle, just get off the man, and don't put your hands anywhere near the fricken ball!
Couldn't agree more. I'm as passionate as the next bloke but some people must be really one-eyed! Blame our players not the refs, after all the players have to change their attitudes towards discipline because I can guarantee you that the refs won't change their decisions

As has been said before, its not so much the penalties we concede, its the ones that we dont receive & the fact that all teams become amazingly well disciplined when they play us, but i know thats probably a bit too much for you to comprehend.

Josh, I don't live in a hole mate & after following the ROOSTERS for over 35 years I believe I am entitled to my opinion? It isn't the fact that we lost, it was the way we lost & our discipline. Saying that, you are correct, there is a long way to go & lets hope we improve in certain area's.

Actually, Souffs are the least penalised team in the comp. I was pretty upset with our treatment when at the game but I've since had a look and most of the penalties were justified. We just do things more blatantly. Souths markers were sometimes not straight. We stand almost side by side at times. FPN, JWH & Kennedy are the worst offenders for this. It is DUMB. We give them an excuse to penalise us.
