well i hope the first think he does is sits the team and coaching staff down and shows them what team work is. play for your mates and play for the badge over the heart.

set them down and show brad fitler being knocked out in the 2002 gf from the kiwi grub and show how every man on the field want to settle the score with controlled aggression.

Apparently he's here and already at work. Was at the club yesterday working on plans for 2013, I am sure he must have been working with Canavan on a few decisions they may announce today.

Hopefully stuff like captain, assistant coaches, what they hope to achieve in 2013, etc. I know these are all small things but still something.
