what has noyce done for this club while he has been here? have crowds increased, has marketing improved? Noyces role is more like a figure head, the one that talks to the media, consults with nick. There are administrative and marketing people employed to do what you are talking about. Ricko loves the club, has been on the board for a while, probably knows how the club is running.
