Now that makes sense. Why would you sign a star player for one year and then a gun coach the year after? Even if SBW stays the 2 years, it's half the mileage. Could be something to that. If Bellamy comes, it's gotta be next year or his looming presence will scare off other quality applicants.

I have read a couple of articles quoting Bellamy that 10 years at a club is a long time etc etc. he is making all the right noises about leaving the storm so anything is possible. Most are suggesting if he comes it will be in 2014 but anything is possible. If Bellamy comes Folau may be a chance as well.

Yeah I keep hearing this rumour circulating from this forum...

I'm skeptical of the guy because he:
a) Stank as an Origin coach (had some years where he really should have won, and his inside knowledge of QLD's key players should have hit home against them.)
b) Coaches the storm who are full of good players. Will SBW, Maloney, Pearce, SKD, Moga...etc be enough stars/emerging stars for him?
