Exactly, Pearce is only going to improve, we haven't seen his best yet so what we're just going to throw that away and see another club benefit from his best years. We should be looking at keeping Pearce for his whole career or at least enough to see his best. It's madness. Chuck him the captaincy next year, let him have it long term. Don't see the point in giving Mini the captaincy for 1 year, or Maubo who is up and down of late and i don't see anyone else putting their hand up.
