    Perhaps on the wing imo.

Marky gone at the end of this season and Sir Toops will most likely hang the boots up.

I also have a hard hitting question. It's hard hitting as Manu is kind of a club semi legend.

Here goes. Did Manu dog it in his last season at the Roosters. By dog it I mean was his contribution half-hearted?
    Yes it was.

Then again, I always felt Joey always had another 1-2% effort remaining in the tank at all times but never used it.

Not an effort player. Just a very naturally gifted one.

I'd take him back on a wing for 500k.

Love Joey too but it's a no from me. I don't see him returning to the NRL.

I actually think Manu would go well on the wing roaming and making 200-300mtr per game with a high work rate on multiple hit ups
and for 28 or longer if Teddy eventually retires he is a big chance to get the 1 spot for a few seasons still
Do you rate Billy Smith and can you see him as our long term left centre?

That end of season form slump was quite concerning.

                  Manu is like Latrell
not a dickhead but certainly not an effort player
he is a star who really creates many highlights
I’d take him back to take over Marky m from 2027 and potentially Teddy once he retires
these players don’t come around often

The only way we could really bring Manu back would be if Teddy retired early and he played fullback. Manu is 30 this year, if he returned in 2028 we'd be signing a 32 year fullback which is the back end for most players, I don't see him as a strong wing choice in his early thirties and at centre I think the long term answer is Smith and Toia.

If the club really wanted to sign him I'd be okay with Smith making way for Manu.
