he was just about the world's best centre in his first 4 years with us. he was pretty much the NRL's worst 5/8 that year Robbo played him there

he became too much of a ball stopper both at 5/8 but also towards the end at centre and I do think fullback will be his only position back in the NRL. but his lack of pace would be a thing and that's only gonna get worse as he ages.

plus he's a right centre and so is Toia and we should go with the younger man

in short, I loved him and I'll always think positively on him, but we should only re-sign him if we don't have a better fullback option.

TBH, I'd rather re-sign Suaalii at fullback than Manu
