Saw this posted recently on Insta by Jersey_tragic.
They make some good points regarding the current logo.

I have a lapel badge with the Rooster on the ball that I got about the time the new leagues club opened. I dont think that emblem was ever on a jumper. I think the first jumper emblem was the middle one in first row

        Thanks for sharing this ACM.

IMHO, this proposed new logo looks terrible…

You're absolutely right - first worn in 1967.

As mentioned earlier, the word ROOSTERS is too in your face. It's too big, there is too much red and there is too much wording - it's just not necessary.

Mr Whippett hit the nail on the head when he referenced Tottenham Hotspurs logo. Very minimalist, elegant and simple. That's all you need for a logo. No need for any lettering on a logo.

It's a very nice t-shirt but $89.99 for the adult size is a bit rich IMHO.

Tottenham Hotspur wouldn't even be in the top 50 best soccer emblems in the world jesus using them as an example to follow in anything besides swimming in mediocrity is laughable

In your opinion and why specifically? By all means back your comment up. Name 50 soccer emblems that you think are better.

There's nothing special about it that's why it's just a bird and ball nothing to it it's extremely boring and doesn't tell you anything about the club and that's why all these modern re-brands for "simplicity" are shit the Broncos already had a quality emblem and they ruined it so did Canterbury, Manly, Inter Milan, Juventus etc and so are all the Roosters concept logos floating around on social media they're all shit logos from what were once great back when pride went in to an emblem, back when an emblem was just that and not a generic logo because there absolutely is a difference between the two.

In no particular order off the top of my head:

Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Milan, Ajax, Bayern, Barcelona, Madrid, Atleti, Roma, Lazio, Pescara, Atalanta, Sassuolo, Parma, Hellas Verona, Catania, Torino, Benfica, Porto, Sporting, Boavista, Boca, River, Gremio, Vasco da Gama, Corinathians, Santos, Palmeiras, Sao Paulo, Fluminense, Nacional, Peńarol, Colo Colo, Universidad de Chile, Dortmund, Gladbach, Hamburg, Köln, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackburn, Boston United, Deportivo la Courńa,Valencia, Levante, PSV, Sparta Rotterdam, Bohemians Prague, PSG, Celtic, America, Necaxa, Pumas, Xolos, Guadalajara, Brondby, Kobenhavn, AIK, IFK Göteborg

I don't know if that's 50 or not but the point is made.
