    There you go!
It was our TC team playing FG.

Was the TC game as ugly as the firsts?

I highly doubt it. What I do know is we got royally f**ked over in the 20s last night. 40 secs remaining and Cronulla put an attacking bomb dead trailing 14-12. Our 20m tap, it takes 10 secs from the time the ball went dead to when we tapped it on the 20 and we get called for what I can only imagine was time wasting (was up the other end of the field). Anyone who watches our Toyota Cup team knows that they cop it from the refs a lot harsher than the first grade side but last night was blatant and appalling. The referee needed to be the deciding factor in the game. He wouldn't have been happy with his job if he'd let the players decide the outcome.

On a side note, if JWH is suspended for the Souths match we may see Kane Evans make his debut. Would love to see RTS get a run sooner rather than later, at least on the wing. Moga needs to be in the centres, he is not a winger. And the further away from the centres Maubs is the better, he was abysmal.

Surely now you agree that Mini is past it mate. I think that humble pie has gone off, it's been left sitting in the oven for 4 weeks now.

If you reckon we got sausaged by the refereeing in 1st grade then last nights NYC result is by far worse. TRUELY & CRUELY UNBELIEVABLE.

I wasn't at the game but apparently with the clock winding down with about 30-40 seconds to go, Cronulla forced the ball dead. The referee egged on by the opposition player orders our team to hurry it up for the 20m restart tap. Just as our player was about to tap the ball and run, the moron penalises us for taking too long and gifts them a penalty in front of the posts which they converted to achieve a 14 all draw. Roosters officials were livid. They will be lodging an official complaint.

It's not just our 1st graders but the refs give our NYC lads the rough end as well. A much similar ref blunder last year end up costing us a semi-final victory against the Sharks. Upon video review a few days later an official apology was issued for a wrong decision

Something similar happened in the Manly game as well at Brookvale where they got kick from the halfway line to level the scores

GMAN I was at that semi final and it did not cost us the match We trailed by 6 with very little time reamining when that happened It cost us any chance of winning though

Sorry i should have said so. It was the Ryley Jacks drop out which he dived on once it reached the 10m line. The ref erred and awarded a penalty to the Sharks.
Just on that game though, we scored a legit try out wide in the opening 5-10mins which was disallowed. Replays revealed our player grounded the ball.

And there are people on here who think there's no agenda or bias against the Roosters from the referees.
The Roosters club should NOT let things like this go by without comment as doing so implicitly states consent and agreement which will only perpetuate the situation.

The gifting of a penalty for time wasting I have seen once this year (Roosters NYC vs manly as referred to above) and now I've heard of this situation in the NYC match against the sharks to gift the sharks a draw. So, two penalties for time wasting and both levied against the Roosters. Which brings me to my next point that continues the theme of unique treatment, has anyone else been penalised as Mose Masoe was last night for "excessive force" (aka a canonball tackle) in a tackle directed at the legs?

Bottom line, the Roosters, seemingly in both grades, are unfairly treated by the refs and yet the incompetent "management" at the ESDRLFC sit on their hands with their mouths shut. Disfargingraceful.

Reading stuff like this gets me quite upset. And anyone who replies to me by saying "it's only a game, build a bridge, blah blah blah" can go and get farked.

Kevin Locke was penalised for a cannon ball tackle in the final against Tigers last year That too was farcical as Ellis legs were still moving

What would you suggest they do? Any complaint will be dismissed out of hand and we will cop it even harder.

Another first last night was when the Sharks packed down for a scrum right at the end of normal time to stop the clock, the ref stops the clock and then tells the Sharks players that it's alright for them to stand up and not keep binded because they had already done that. The rule has always been if you stand up and break the scrum binding the clock gets started again.

Every club cops bad decisions from the refs not just us.There are just to many mistakes being made soo is a clasic example of it.Harigan has to improve the standard of the refs or be replaced. We should go back to one on field ref and the video ref imo

Actually,FPN attempted to stop them packing and then tried to pull a second rower out of their bind. The ref then allowed them to stand up because of this.
