To clarify Rocky, every Roosters fan I've talked to (which is several dozen) is very happy about Maloney taking over from Anasta.

And a lot of those are looking forward to what Michael Oldfield will do.

And a fair few of them do not want Sonny Bill Williams here.

Oh no don't get me wrong...I do agree Maloney will be better than what we have now and am happy that at least we have someone fresh but I'm not holding my breath he will be our new Freddy. We need a very good playmaker. From what he has done up to now, he is far from being the #1 5/8 in the country. I think Brain said he should have been in the SOO. perhaps he is right but that would be in NSW. If he was from QLD, the only way he'd get a maroon jersey would be from rebell sports like every other punter. All good john.
