  • The Turning Points..........

The 2 piss easy tries before half time, Tagive is just crap and as much as i like Pez, Inu showed the massive weakness in Pezs game, the high ball, i weigh twice as much yet could have jumped twice as high.

Anasta's whinging and whining, did he have a case yes, but play the farken whistle Braith, his no look pass, jis chip into the in goal, these are basic errors you coach to 10 year olds, yet he seems to have forgotten.

Barba's strip on mini in goal, legal play but he was then tackled in goal, should have been a drop out, not a 20 mtr restart.

And finally Pearce not taking the tackle, he made the great play with the intercept. he should of taken the tackle, quick play the ball and get it wide, then again the ball would have went to Braith who more than likely would have stuffed it up.

Oh well, I hope we aim up against the bye this weekend.

The turning point was when the Club stuck with Anasta as our 5/8th,deciding to waste another year.

On a seriious note,as much as i love Pearce i was yelling for him to switch the ball into his left arm so he can fend off Barba with his right,a basic skill which is learnt from a young age.
In saying that,Pearce is the only weapon we have,he needs help!

Mini not grounding the ball was a turning point, those oppurtunities must be taken, especially from a veteran like him..

    On to next year..

Hard on Tagive. He tore his hamstring when he slipped.

Agreed re: Pez. The problem is that he didn't even jump, made worse by the fact that he didn't try to tackle Inu either.

The turning point was when we stripped Fitzy of his captaincy and allowed the fat Greek to defile this great club

Watch again, he tore it after he fell, not before he fell, it looked alot like a cricketer he dives when the ball is past him so he doesnt have to chase it

Funnily enough, when Tagive was running back for the ball, I just knew he was going to mess it up !
Sure enough he fell/slipped whatever, and ended up injuring himself. That try to me was the turning point !

Either way, he slipped so i can't really lay any blame on his feet. What was our fullback doing in the defensive line on tackle 3 is a more appropriate question.

Looked to me like he feigned that injury to cover his ass.

First half we have them under the pump. Two consecutive plays and on the last we give them the ball. no repeat sets.
                          We're a DUMB team.
Also that play where Ennis gets a penalty one way or another. He might be a grub but he gets his way many times.
