I was checking the rounds schedule and I found out that we only have one Friday Night game on rd 23 against the Parramatta Eels( who are going to have lots of Friday Nights) and its the double header not the opening game where as the Bulldogs, Broncos, Tigers, Eels have many slots.
In fact every year we get less Friday night games. After 09 they lowered our Friday Night games to just 3 in 2010 then got rid of another in 2011 to vacate Bulldogs vs Broncos and get rid of another one to vacate Tigers vs Storm pathetic next year probably we'll get 0 and the referees will make a rule to help the Tigers win the premiership at all costs to make the bookies happy, help the Eels win more games to keep their fans happy and the ticketing sales to flow into the chairmens pockets and give more calls towards the Bulldogs because they're afraid of getting shanked, the Broncos will get even more Friday Night games and since our low number of fans they'll ban us from free-to-air tv and make every game at brookie an automatic win for Manly!

all the telecasts are geared to make moolah with the likes of centrebet.it makes me wonder with all the promotion of online gambling during the telecasts as too with the commentators making reference to it, that the money on the game has a bearing on the result much like we saw in origin 1 game.the controversial try allowed in origin saw a very limp response from the channel 9 commentary team. it was an outrageous decision yet no outrage from the commentary and no severe judgement towards the referees.maybe the point score difference between the teams was influenced by need i say it - centrebet.

Yes, I saw somebody from Centrebet whisper something into Hampsteads ear just before he pressed the green light!

What do you mean "become"? It always has been. The Storm are just an example of the rule rather than any exception.

Here's a hypothetical. If someone wanted to become a trainer in the horse racing arena and they were married to someone who had been struck off for either nobbling a horse, getting a jockey to not allow a horse to run on it's merits or trying to substitute it, should their veracity be taken at face value or should they not be allowed to have anything to do with horse racing?

we have NO friday night games scheduled as yet.

The draw has only been released up until round 20, and thus far no friday night games.

Our best chance is probably our home game against the tigers in round 25, or maybe our away game against the dogs in round 26.

Other than that I'd say we are likely to go the whole year without one.

Gyngell did us a big favour a few years ago, granting us several Friday nights, despite us being out of form, didn't he?

                            what goes around comes around

That was in 2010. I remember because turkey neck Shane Richardson was going off his brain whinging that we finished last the previous year but were somehow getting plum TV time for sponsors etc...Our good form in 2010 justified us gracing prime time tv spots.
I bet that phatfark isn't jumping up'n'down about tv coverage now that his mob are playing decent so far.
