Im concerned King because its past the June 30 dead line so clubs can sign players from other teams & the Chooks havnt been able to land any marquee players yet we are losing possibly 6 top line players.
Like I said in my original post you can introduce 1 or 2 pathway players but not 6. Experienced players are just as important as pathway players because they have that hard edge about them.
2024 is looking pretty good so I dont have any worries about this year.

Thats still a damn strong team - more than likely both Toops & Gus will re-sign

Hopefully we sign an experienced center, there are reports we are chasing the likes of Remis Smith, Mawene Hiroti & Jerel Skelton not really big names but can do a job
An experienced half would also be nice - someone like Aidan Sezer that can step in if the 2 young kids are struggling (hopefully not Chad Townsend)

I think the key to our season next year is whether Billy and Toia are injury free, whether Manu is back after his Japan stint and whether we find a quality centre in the mean time.

Our pack and bench will still be one of the top in the comp. I am happy for Walker to take the reigns with Sandon partnering him. It's just our backline that needs tinkering and a bit of luck with injuries.
