You're right. Nobody has ever wanted to sign with us, so the media needs to stop banging on about how we try to poach everyone. I'm surprised we can get enough players on our books to field a team.

Dom Young Signed with the Knights when 18 after 1 SL game and was not approached by the Roosters back then

Luke Thompson expressed an interest to play for the Roosters which was not reciprocated.

Just read that his partner comes from the Penrith region. Even if this wasn't the case I still suspect he will end up there.

The ABC radio news said he wants to move to Sydney. That may not mean the Roosters will get him, but it's open for interpretation. Alternatively, it's just another example of the ABC thinking that everything happens within a 5km radius of their Ultimo headquarters. You'd think with the recent move to Parramatta, they'd know that Penrith is even further west.

It could also be true, ie: Fifita wants to live in Sydney but play for Penrith.
