I AM TRYING TO FIND IF MORTS HAS HAD A LOSS THIS YEAR.

i have had a look thru team lists(some accurate other smoke screens.) Jets didnt have him listed on their site but he played again and yes the jets won again. so i ask the question has daniel mortimer had a loss this year.

i have had too much beer in my life to retain a decent memory.

can anyone work it out

just had a look and he did play. same amount of missed tackles as braith but he mad more run meters and more tackles

It's not that hard to make more run metres and tackles than Braith. When watching a game, you only have to go to take a piss once and bump into an opposition supporter on the way and you've done more than Braith in a match. I for one do not understand why the coach changed from having Ant Mitchell starting like previous wins t having 4 fwds on the bench. And I would give Morts a run over Braith at this stage cos Braith just aint got it at 5/8. Either put him in the fwds or fark him off to Newtown.

Why would you throw in 4 forwards on the bench in that heat?

Wouldn't it have been better to at least have 1 small, zippy bloke to come on and try to run the opposition pigs around?

Nope coz Brian Smith was more worried about our forwards. He was worried about them tiring out so he took extra cover. Dont get me wrong, I am completely against Brian Smith and personally I think he has no idea what he is doing.

I am just going by the most likely scenario on why he chose 4 forwards. I think he thought the Cowboys forwards will be used to that heat instead of trying to beat them with the heat he tried to cover our own forwards. Obviously that didnt work either !

Probably sums up what happened too mate.

Also may explain why Smiff made comments similar to he didn't fully blame the players, cos he probably realized he'd farked up with those tactics and selections.
