Not sure whether it's true, cos I'm just going from memory...but I sent my Souffs mate an SMS stating that we won all the finals matches leading up to all the grand finals appearances since 2000. I know that some years they had to due to the position we ended up in the ladder...stirred him up a bit.

What genius came up with the idea to invite Souths to a semi final match. Last Wednesday was the 25th anniversary of their last win in a finals match. They fit in as well as an atheist at a U.S. Republican Party convention. NRL must ensure the game is not embarrassed again like this and immediately award the winner of tomorrow's game with automatic passage to a Week Three clash with the Bulldogs. Further they must exclude Souths from any such future events - this is not where they belong.

That is right, we did lose the 2 v 7 semi to Parra in 2000 then beat Canberra/ Newcastle to make the GF, but since 2000 he have won all semis in order to reach the GF's
