Going to a Catholic school this show used to give me a giggle because i always thought one of the nuns there would take off one day, never happened though.

Thanks King , brings back happy childhood memories. Do you remember 'the Lightning Tree' ? It was around the same time. I had the hots for the female lead, which probably made it more interesting than it actually was ,lol.Originally posted by King Salvo View Post

Yes was in my teens when the Love Boat had its original run, so cheesy watching it now but good to see some of the old Hollywood star gracing the screen, i actually watched an episode recently, actually it was a double episode which had Gene Kelly in it, it was so corny but just watching the charismatic Gene Kelly on the screen hooked me in. The stunning Yvette Mimieux from The Time Machine was also in it.Originally posted by mightyrooster View PostWhat about The Love Boat? So cheesy but I remember watching it in my teens.
When i watched it my teenage years, i always loved when Charo was on it. I actually went and saw Charo perform at South Juniors many years ago, the first part of the show was the usual Charo nonsence , with the Chucci Chucci and tits and bums but the second part of the show she came out in a suit and played flamenco guitar and was absolutely stunning.
Talking about shows in the teenage years, who could forget Charlies Angels.
