Was a beautiful day yesterday in Sydney, sat for a while on the rooftop bar area in the Noble Stand at the SCG before the Swans game. gathering in the beautiful warm sun with no wind, got quite cool in the afternoon though later in the stands and on the way home. Actually warmer today but very dull and over cast., just had a quick walk around Marrickville but as AW said it was a cold morning so had a nice sleep in.

Always nice to have a lay in with a loved one on a cold winters morning. Had the big lay in on Saturday morning but have been up at the crack of dawn yesterday and this morning All the work is done and I’m now lying on a EasternSuburbs beach in todays beautiful and warm winter sun. It is a cracking day outside and I can really feel that sun beating down on my back as I type this I no almost feel sorry for those stuck inside slaving away at work in their ramshackle little homes.

Was beautiful warm and sunny when i finished work just after 1pm but had customers telling me how cold it was earlier in the day. Rain forecast for tomorrow then back to sunny Friday. Long range forecast is predicting wet weather up to Christmas. Just booked some accommodation up the north coast for the end of October, fingers crossed the weather will be ok, the last two times booked for the area we had to cancel due to the big wet causing damage to the property where we usually stay, have booked somewhere nearby instead this time as the property we usually stay at is still having ongoing work and still may not be ready by October.

Yes it was stunning when i came out of work and sat outside for a while, just felt so good with the sun flooding in inside when i got home, so much nicer than the dreary dark and damp days that we have had for a while before hand.

Very warm here today and overnight, cloudy and rain predicted but held off most of day but now drizzling light rain started about 3,30pm.

Hmmm…very, very wet here today. About 80mm of wet. ’Lovely’ thunderstorms hit overnight and the rain really didn’t stop until about 30 minutes ago. Our yards are covered in water. But you guys from Sydney are probably saying that’s all very run of the mill.
