We got the Christmas tree up a few days ago too.

I was bit hum bug and grumbly about putting the tree up this year but so glad it is up now.

Beautiful sunny day Spent the morning on the beach Then home for lunch then off to the gym and to top it off now heading back to the beach. What a life

Early 30’s today. Supposed to be 36-37 tomorrow so can hardly wait for that.

An absolutely massive thunderstorm just blew its way through, including a fantastic light show and some of the loudest claps of thunder I’ve ever heard.

I was at the Southern Cross Club at Jammo with a 'Belco Mums' group. The power went out in Kaleen (somebody's security camera went dead) and another parent who has a $$$ Tesla battery rig and 2 Teslas was like 'haaaaw haaaw haaaaw you're in trouble but I'm sweet because I have a massive battery rig'.

Jizzy be like 'nah but if the power goes out then your battery stops too... that's one reason we didn't get solar'. He was adamant I was talking cr@p and kept bragging about how he'd be all sweet.

My wife just told me that not only was their power out (ours isn't), one of their Teslas is outta batteries (so they can't do their weekend activities as they NEED 2 cars). I like to see myself as being a semi-nice dude so I told her to advise them that they can use some of the fridge space in my mancave and borrow our runabout Mazda 2. Unfortunately they can't borrow the said Mazda 2 as neither can drive a manual.

It’s going to be a scorcher today So we are out and about early on the beach since 730 Glorious morning for it and temp already 31 but feels a little cooler with the sea breeze

OMG Just got back from beach and the temperature 3ks inland to beachside is unbelievable Beachside a nice nor easterly is blowing keeping it relatively pleasant 3ks inland it’s a dry hot breeze and it feels like a furnace It must be at least 5 degrees hotter

I've been teaching swimming at an indoor pool all morning and just got home. It was odd because some people were complaining it was too hot and others were complaining it was too cold. I was pretty sweet, though I needed a swig of limoncello 1/2 way through the first 1hr lesson as there's a particularly loud/hyperactive dude who requires a bit of patience. Once the juices of Italy kick in it's all smooth going

Now I'm having a quick siesta before an afternoon run around the lake.

Lol, i heard the north side had some major damage and blackouts. It’s funny while in the middle of the storm I looked at the radar and despite the fact we were getting totally smashed in Tuggers the radar was showing dark red. North Belco and Gungahlin were showing black and I was wondering how bad it must be there considering how bad it was here.

It’s been a pretty good summer's day here today, around late 20’s.

Strange day here in Sydney felt very close to four seasons in one day started out cloudy wet and winter like Then turned sunny in the afternoon but cloudy again now Not one to miss a sing song Here we go

After steaming hot weather over the last few days today we got a nice taste of winter with plenty of rain and a top temp of around 18

We’ve had a fair bit of rain the past 24 hours too and only a top of about 15 today. Looking ahead it’s going to be a fairly mild and wet Christmas Day with an expected temp of 24.

Heaps of rain here last night and it’s just started raining again. It looks like Christmas Day is going to be a wet one too.

Not sure what happened to the weather forecast for Sydney today but it is nice and sunny even with quite a bit of cloud around. Bad weather not predicted till later tonight now. Glad i was able to have a nice swim in an ocean pool this morning.
