A beautiful Autumn day here in suburban Canberra too after another chilly start to the day.

Yes absolute pearler of a day in Sydney today, sun out, not to hot. Walked up to Newtown then down to Camperdown Commons for a nice lunch on the old bowling green then a nice long walk to Stanmore and Petersham after that.

Lovely Autumn day today, ended up heading down to La Perouse for a swim to clear my head and there was a pod of dolphins playing off the beach which made me feel better as they are sign of peace.

Back to trackie weather in Sydney, windy wet and very cool, good day to stay in, had planned to go to one of the farmers markets but to wet so just went down to the local shops to get veges for tonights dinner.

Well it’s freezing at night again. Only 2 last night and similar again tonight.

Yesterday was a mice sunny day but a little cool. i have a bit of a head cold so had a nap at around 4.15 pm yesterday and i woke up freezing at around 5.45 pm , just could not get warm even though it was still about 18 c , think it was to do with my head cold as i seem to warm up a bit later on.

Probably the head cold I’d say as they do have that effect. I’ve just got over one last week myself actually and then got my flu jab today. Luckily the heater’s all fixed now after that lizard fried a fuse in the processing unit along with itself over summer, as I put it on for the first time last night. The days have still been lovely and warm though. Just the nights a bit chilly.

Yes i reckon it was the head cold, i just felt so cold for about an hour or so but it then went away. Hsd a really good sleep last night and today it just feels like a bit of sinus.

A beautiful autumn day in Sydney although a bit smoky with a controlled burn off at Malabar headland today, water was beautiful and clear at La Perouse so had an hour or so in the water, thought this might be the last day could do it for a while seeing the predicted weather coming up this week.

It’s getting colder and colder by the day. At first it was just the nights but for the last few days there’s a distinct chill in the air during the day time as well.

Didn’t your mother teach you never to do that or you’ll get a chill? But my son always reminds me that colds etc are viruses and it has nothing to do with the weather.
